Delivery FAQs

Find answers to common questions about our delivery service

  • We deliver Monday to Friday between the hours of 11am-6.30pm. We cannot guarantee an exact Delivery time due to our courier servicing multiple locations & orders.

  • Yes! Orders placed before 11am can be delivered the same day within our local delivery area.

  • We deliver on the Central Coast as far south as Umina beach & as far north as Hamlyn Terrace. If you are unsure if your suburb is included please call us to double check before placing an order 0448084042.

  • Delivery costs are factored into our pricing online so there are no shipping fees added on at checkout! The price you see is the final amount!

  • No, our delivery window is from 11am-6.30pm our courier cannot guarantee a certain delivery time due to multiple orders and the direction of their delivery run that day.

  • Our drivers to their best to leave your flowers in a safe location near the front door sheltered from weather if possible. All flowers are wrapped with water to keep them fresh until recipient is home. We recommend scheduling your delivery for a day when you know receipt will be there to receive. *Please ensure access to the property is available for our delivery drivers especially for apartment blocks & houses with locked gates. We highly suggest making sure your recipient is home & a working phone number is given to us for access. We are not responsible if our delivery driver is unable to deliver due to no access to the property. If this happens & we need to re deliver the flowers the next day you will be notified & our re delivery fee is $15. *
