Shipping policy

Please ensure you enter the correct shipping address at checkout for the location of where you want the flowers delivered. We are not responsible if the incorrect shipping address is provided to us and your flower delivery does not go to the person you wished to send them. You will be responsible for this and will need to place a new order with the correct address if you choose to replace them.

Delivery Times:

Cut off for same day delivery is 11AM. Please make sure you have selected the correct Delivery date. Our delivery drivers deliver between the hours of 10.30AM-6.30PM we cannot guarantee a preferred delivery time.

Our delivery driver will always try and leave the flowers in a safe and protected area at the door if possible. All flowers come with water wrapping around the stems to keep the flowers as fresh as possible in transit. We are not responsible if the recipient is not home and flowers are damaged or taken from the premises.
